Bluewaters Technical Services exists to make Dubai home maintenance feel simple. We brought every trade — AC, plumbing, electrical, painting, handyman and more — under a single, accountable team so you never have to chase five contractors again.
Why we started
Built for the way Dubai actually lives
Dubai is a city of apartments, villas and busy lives. When something breaks — an AC in August, a leak before a flight, a dead socket the night guests arrive — the last thing anyone wants is to hunt down a specialist for each problem, repeat the story five times, and wait.
We started Bluewaters Technical Services to remove that friction. One call reaches a coordinator who already knows your home and your history. One team handles the cooling, the water, the wiring, the paint and the hundred small fixes. One standard of finish applies to all of it.
The name comes from Bluewaters Island, the Dubai landmark that stands for considered, well-engineered, waterfront living. It’s the standard we hold ourselves to wherever in the city we’re working — from the towers of the Marina to the villas of the Palm.
Today we maintain homes and buildings across Dubai, and we’re proud to operate alongside European Technical, our affiliated Dubai home-maintenance and technical-services company, sharing standards, training and a commitment to doing the job properly the first time.
